-Recruitment-
The most exciting part of the fall semester is Recruitment, when Alpha Chi Omega welcomes new faces to the university and invites new sisters to join our chapter.
Women voluntarily become members of Alpha Chi Omega through a mutual selection process. Women choose to join Alpha Chi Omega because they value and share the standards for membership in the Fraternity. Women are invited to membership based on five standards: academic interest, character, financial responsibility, leadership, and personal development.
This year Fall 2010 recruitment falls on September 7th through September 12th. We are so excited to show you a part of our sisterhood during recruitment, and hope you enjoy every aspect of this experience! For any questions about Alpha Chi Omega's Recruitment please contact our VP of Recruitment Jess Roeschlein at jdroeschlein1s@semo.edu or her assistant Alyssa Francis at alfrancis1s@semo.edu. If you are interested in participating in this years recruitment you may sign up on the Panhellenic website, found on SEMO portal.

A Message From Our VP of Recruitment
"Ever since I came to Southeast and joined AXO it has formed me into the person I've always pictured myself being. Not only did I join such a great sisterhood, but I've also grown to have over 80 friends that I can turn to whenever I need them. Being Greek allows students to gain a "home away from home," where the fun never ends. But becoming part of a sorority is not only about fun. Being in a sorority teaches you important life lessons about leadership, academic excellence and community involvement. Recruitment is such an exciting time of year and I am so anxious to meet all the girls going through!!" -Jess Roeschlein
